Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Our products are carefully prepared, and some of our herbs are sourced directly from the Caribbean, so we appreciate your patience while we ensure your order is prepared with care.
Please note:
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- The 5–10 business day timeframe is processing time and does not include carrier transit time.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
- During holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or unexpected sourcing/import delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will communicate with you.
