📦 Processing & Shipping
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and preparation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Some ingredients may be sourced directly from the Caribbean, and certain products may be prepared in small batches. Occasionally, sourcing, import, high-volume, weather, or carrier-related circumstances may result in additional delays.
Shipping/transit time begins after your order has been processed and is separate from our processing timeframe.
Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.
Women’s Womb is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our reasonable control.
🤍 Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
If your physical-product order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a refund.
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or a refund based solely on a change of mind.
Because of the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us promptly with your order information so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
📚 Digital Products
Digital products—including e-books, guides, meal plans, workbooks, downloadable resources, challenges, and similar materials—are generally final sale once access or download has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited license for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share, copy, publish, or commercially exploit Women’s Womb digital materials without written permission.
Purchasing one copy does not give permission to distribute the material to friends, groups, social-media audiences, clients, or other third parties.

📸 Testimonials & Customer Content
We love hearing about your experiences, but submitting a review, testimonial, photograph, video, message, or social-media tag does not automatically mean Women’s Womb may use it in advertising.
If we would like to feature identifiable customer content in promotional materials, we may request appropriate permission before doing so.
Health-related testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that another customer will experience the same outcome.
